Student Workshops: Brexit

Following the success of our first two Student Workshops on Brexit last year, we are delighted to be running two more over the Autumn term. The workshops are specifically designed for KS4 students looking at the issues surrounding Brexit. The workshops aim to increase young people’s understanding of this incredibly complex subject which will impact their futures, as well as the future of the United Kingdom.

Our next two Brexit Workshops will be taking place on 5th December in Birmingham and on 13th December in London.

Brexit Conference

At our first workshops on Brexit event, 95% of participants stated it helped them to understand the key terms and concepts relating to Brexit.

Students will work closely with legal professionals and esteemed academics, examining some of the main areas that are currently being negotiated as the UK leaves the European Union. Professionals will be running break out sessions, engaging students in debate and discussion, and getting them to consider what their priorities are for the UK during the negotiation process.
